Your Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information.

Under these laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. For purposes of CCPA and CPRA, “sale” or “sharing” may include the disclosure of personal information for targeted advertising or similar commercial purposes.

Compass does not sell personal information. If our data practices ever involve activities considered a sale or sharing under California law, you will have the right to opt out.

How to Opt Out

You can go ahead and submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by completing the form below.

Once your request is received and verified, Compass will honor your preference and apply it across applicable systems. This opt-out applies to third parties and to data used for personalization or marketing communications where required by law.

Submitting a Data Request

To protect your information, Compass requires email verification before processing any privacy request.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject line “Your Privacy Request to CompassMSP.” You must click the confirmation link in that email for your request to be processed.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you continue to experience issues, contact us at marketing@compassmsp.com.

Compass responds to verified requests to access, correct, or delete personal information within 45 calendar days, as required by law. Requests that cannot be verified within this timeframe may be denied.
