With nearly 20 years of experience designing enterprise-grade IT solutions, Paul specializes in supporting organizations that cannot afford downtime. Before becoming our CIO, he served as CIO of WorldwideIT, a Compass company, where he led large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and security initiatives for highly regulated industries.

Michael’s mission is to ensure that every prospective client interaction is educational, transparent, and focused on long-term value.
With a deep background in sales leadership and revenue strategy, Michael has a track record of building high-performing teams that prioritize client success. He specializes in aligning sales processes with service delivery realities, ensuring that the promises we make during the sales cycle are promises we can keep operationally.
