The Baltimore metro area managed IT services provider was acquired as part of CompassMSP’s strategic initiative to meet the needs of current and new clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — CompassMSP, a managed IT services provider for small to medium-sized businesses with ten locations nationwide, is announcing the acquisition of the assets of MRW Systems, Inc. (MRW Systems) of Westminster, Maryland. MRW Systems is now a member of the CompassMSP family, however, like all other businesses acquired by CompassMSP, the operations will retain their current team and location. They will operate under the name MRW Systems: A CompassMSP Company and will continue to be led by former CEO, Michael Wolinski, as General Manager.
The MRW Systems team will join CompassMSP’s Mid-Atlantic region, led by Regional Vice President Tom Praschak in Princeton, New Jersey. They will significantly enhance CompassMSP’s ability to serve clients located between New York City and Washington, DC.
